NATS are only recruiting contract ATSA's now due to future predicted cuts in staff due to new technology. This means you can have your contract terminated at any point, although I believe as a contract ATSA you are entitled to apply for internal NATS vacancies... Correct me if I'm wrong guys. Suggest you contact NATS HR department.
