Australian ATC training

Hi folks

I've noticed Airservices Australia are recruiting trainee ATC'ers. I'm assuming the ads run recently will be for next years intake of trainees. It would be great to know peoples thoughts on the job.

Is it something you enjoy or has it just become a job that pays the bills.

Work culture- good or bad.

Would be even better if someone could spare 5-10 minutes to have a chat.
Thanks

Thanks for that tobzalp.

Good website. Gives a bit of a feel for what it's all about. I've also spoken to a friend of a friend who workes in Melb Centre so it's all starting to fall into place.
