How to post a NOTAM?

Need to notify AUS and get them to post a NOTAM - is there a form available on the web to make sure we include all the nexessary info? I know we had such a thing in the Tower at Sywell but I'm not there right now to get a copy of it...

Any pointers appreciated.

Not sure I understand the question completely. If it's you that needs to get the NOTAM issued just call the NOTAM office and tell them what to publish - be prepared to prove that you have the authority to do it. If it's a NOTAM that AUS issue I would guess that sending a fax or e-mail telling them about your event or whatever.

Look for AIS form 933 and simply fill it in and send it; otherwise phone the NOTAM office on the number in the AIP.

Have a look at this website for guidance on NOTAM requests:

Thanks all - as it was an AIP amendment, the 933 form covered the necessary and the AIS folks take care of everything (i.e. NOTAM, amendments etc) with the one form

The other link above is also what I was looking for and is pinned up by the ops desk now - thanks again.
