Airway RED 1 South

Hello,

This maybe the wrong section to ask but i got no replies from the spotters section, they must have been all looking skywards, so if i`m in the wrong i am sure a Mod will move, delete or Castrate me.

Anyway, traffic proceeding on what years ago used to be called Airway "RED1" ( presume it still is ) inbound to LHR via Clacton VOR to Lambourne, whats the typical frequency they will be working please.

Thanks.

Jamie
