MOR Schemes???

Hi All,

I'm trying to gather information on MOR Schemes across Europe. In particular with regard to ATC reporting, eg: how they are handled, what is reported, controller confidence in the scheme, managements' handling of incident reporting, etc?

Any information Controllers, Pilots, Engineers, etc may have would be very welcome.

Many thanks.

Have you seen the UK's CAP 382 Mandatory Occurrence Reporting Scheme?

The link opens the pdf file of the document.

Dunno if that's what you're after or whether it's more anecdotal stuff you want.

Well thanks for that link. One of the main things I'm looking for is info on how controllers feel they are being treatedwhen it comes to incident investigations and how these investigations are completed in other centres.

Thanks again

Fair enough. I'm a controller with and had an exceptionally bad experience with the way an incident was handled. Our MOR scheme is up for review and looking for ways to improve it.
