icao call sign

Due to the many many flt nbrs some airlines hv to use different icao call sign nbrs....like EZY2155 became EZY1NK(example).
Now my question is, is there anywhere a list with both nbrs and then im looking specificly for KLM nbr

4 U info, that was not started as lack of numbers, but to avoid callsigns (flight numbers), which are difficult to pronounce.
Invented by Lufthansa.
