Four's a crowd

Sorry if this has been posted before, but last night I was looking at Heathrow on Google Earth.
Pictured was an aircraft on short finals to 09/L. Ahead of him, just touching down was another aircraft. Ahead of that one were two more aircraft rolling out - all at very short intervals.

Isn't technology wonderful !

Amateurs! At the PFA rally, it was normal to have seven on the runway and another 14 on final (within 3nm).

If you look close you will find, that it seems to be the same aircraft (Air France 737 or A320).

What you see it multiple pictures merged together.

Actually, the PFA control caravan was rather well equipped; it had a petrol generator for its own ICOM 200's plus handhelds on permanent charge for when we did it from outside the caravan. It even had an air conditioner!

You should have asked the man from Aberdeen - he still uses it but I don't.
Actually I think Elite borrowed it the first year they did Farnborough.
