South African Abroad

I am a South African Citizen who has applied to be an ATCO here in SA and was wondering if there's anyway for me to apply to NATS or EuroControl? I think I meet all the requirements except for the fact that I'm not a citizen of any other country besides SA! Hoping this constraint can be bypassed, can I still apply? I'm just keeping my options open incase I don't get in here! I'm passionate about wanting to become one and want to try every possible method of becoming an ATCO.
If anyone can help me with information, it would greatly be appreciated!

Thanx in advance
