Equipment failures in ATC

Hello everyone,

This is the second time I am posting at this forum. My name is Branka and I am a PhD student at Imperial College London collected controllers' experiences on equipment failures. For details on research please check the website of my Section at http://www.geomatics.cv.imperial.ac....search/atc.asp

I have gathered 96 questionnaire responses from 41 worldwide ATC Centre. The disadvantage of my sample is that I do not have any response from South and North America, Australia, China, France, Russia, Africa (I have feedback only from South Africa).

If you are controller from any of these continents/countries and if you have spare 20-25min of time to contact me so that I can send you Word.doc version of this questionnaire. My email is: [email protected].

Controllers from other countries are welcome to contact me as well!!!

Thank you very much. Your response will make the research around this topic more comprehensive and complete.

Best wishes,
Branka
