Similar Jobs - NATS ATCO
Hi there,
I had an email from NATS yesterday saying that following my attending the selection tests in London 2 weeks ago I was unsuccessful and did not meet the required standard, and therefore was not offered an interview.
In all honesty, I am absolutely devestated as I had my hopes set on becoming an air traffic controller.
I do however, intend to apply again and attend another selection day, although appreciate that I cannot become to reliant on becoming an ATCO.
Having looked on the internet I discovered a few ATC colleges in the UK and have requested more information from then. Additionally, I have applied to the RAF for the same position.
As you folks generally know your stuff, could you advise me on any other careers in aviation that would be similar? Unfortunately, I did not do mathematics, or physics etc at college, but got C's in my GCSE's, but have also looked into various university courses geared towards the aviation industry.
Any advice peeps?
