what should i revise for the interview day itself?

Hi all! I know this is probably been on before, but I cant find it!!
Any publications I should be reading before my interview? Ive got the JSP 552 in the military of course, but I've heard nooks mentioned.
Any help greatly appreciated!

Oh , and I take it David Gunson's 'What goes up, may come down' speech is accurate and true to life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
