Whats going on with NATS interviews
I just got an email and it appears that there is a new layout to the interview day. It mentions one interview, motivation test, group exercise and computer test. I was expecting tech/personnel int and comp tests. Does anyone know anymore about this or had any experience? Thanks a lot

have heard same.
instead of one personal and one tech int, there is just one int with two people, bit of both but no longer technical questions about scenarios (dont know why).
also changing many of the interviewers.

What was it like before we could all talk on forums..
Let the day be a pleasant surprise. You're bound to ENJOY it so much more. Infact just like the rest of us had to go through when we went through the process.
