3rd and final attempt.
I'll be applying in December for the 3rd and final time to be an ATC. I've previously got through to the final rounds and failed the HR part, but passed the interviews and computer tests.
Does anyone know of people who were successful on their 3rd attempt? Any advice apart from the usual? All comments appreciated (well, perhaps excluding those comments that are simply "I was successful on my 1st attempt"
)

Yes it is possible to get through on your 3rd attempt, I work with a few people who have.
If it was the HR part you got stuck on the last time, I would just go in armed with as many scenarios you can to answer the HR questions, try not to answer different questions using the same scenario.
Just go in confident that you can do it, you got nearly all the way the last time!
