Roster Pattern

I work at a relatively busy regional airport and we currently use an "ad-hoc" roster system. We have 4 supervisors and 7 controllers with the boss being available at times. We cover 6am until 2145pm 364 days a year. Does any other UK unit have similar statistics and run with a fixed or predictable roster system?????

Noisy - it can be as busy as you want to make it depending on how many 04 deps/22 arrivals you are feeling up to

I suppose you have your application already returned - you know you want to ...................Think of frying pans and large plates of food, have you learnt to chew yet or do you still inhale your food?
