Here in San Juan, we're looking into VATSIM as a possible training tool for our "off-the-street" college kids that we've hired. We're also looking into a couple of other ATC simulation "games" for them to work with over the next couple of years before they get into radar training.
Does anyone have any experience using this sort of thing with trainees, and, if so, what have been your results? Thanks.
