thanks to London/Scottish ATC yesterday pm

hi guys,

I was captain of easy 53 from Luton to Edinburgh yesterday afternoon.I would just to say thanks for arranging/agreeing a circuitous routing north due very severe weather in the north of England. The initial wx radar picture showed almost no 'gaps' with some very impressive returns including 'magenta' centres, indicative of severe turbulence. The only safe route was way to the east and joining the Tweed 1D via Newcastle.

This was certainly the most unusual LTN/EDI I have operated but there were no qualms from you chapschapesses;your professionalism does you credit,

with b/rgds,

Blair Boyle,easyJet
