Swanick visits?

Is there any way to get a visit to Swanick to see whats happening on the other side of the coalface?

Im a pilot working for LoCo mob and in and out of London airspace every day and would be interested iin seeing what you guys/gals have to deal with.

Hey, fair mistake.

I got some really strange looks in my NATS interview years ago when I kept referring to "Swan-wick"

Stupid english language. Next you'll be telling me you don't pronounce the "w" in Greenwich.

I'm sure the guys at Swan-wick would be glad to have you.

I wouldn't know off-hand who you would need to speak to. Try the switchboard and ask them if they know.

Seems to be a regular moan from both ATCOs and pilots that they don't see enough of each other in their own environment.

Well if you fly out of a LONDON airport why not visit the LONDON TERMINAL CONTROL CENTRE at West Drayton, where the whole LTMA, and all approach units are based (AS WELL AS VISITING OUR SOUTH COAST CHUMS!!!)

(Sorry - we have lost the tea and sticky bun budget but we have a nice LCD projector to show you!!!)
