Just been for an interview????

Hello everyone i have just come finished doing my interview today. The second selection process. Interviews were kind of hard, but i thought the sorting numbers computer test was impossible. how u are meant to do what they are asking for is impossible in my eyes. How did all of you passed controllers find it and is there a trick to it. looking forward to hearing back?

We all found it difficult, that's partly the point of it. They have some algorhthym that shows how you prioritise things, though, and they deduce from this whether you meet the criteria for a controller. At least that's what I was told...

The computer test is a head f**k, I was told the priority is to keep the things from hitting and any questions answered are bonus marks. Thats what I did and passed.

I thought the last one with the number head on to each other was fine it was the numer sorting then adding them to equal less than zero. That was impossible i thought? No matter how quick u think it was too fast for the mind. Did u find the number sorting a problem?

I also had the interviews yesterday. I went through it all last year too and failed solely on the technical interview, although I thought then that computer exercise was by far my worst of the three parts of the interview stage.

Computer tests haven't changed but they are no easier at the second attempt.

Cozza - were your tests at Fareham or closer to home?
