need some help
Hi to all colleges around the world.I'm new at this forum.I don't want to bother anyone but I wonder if somebody can help me.I'm 28 years old ATC controller from Macedonia and have 6 years of experience only.I have tower,approach procedural and area radar license.Because my country does not have ATC academy I was educated in Denmark(SLV-academy for AB initio and tower and approach simulator) and in Germany (DFS-Langen academy for center(area) radar.But the situation for us ATCO's here in Macedonia is very difficult,we are payed only 500$ per month although working in very busy environment specially during summer season.
