SRATCOH review

Anyone seen the last round of proposals for the SRATCOH hours review and when it is likely to come into effect ?

Only thing I have seen on browsing the web is the proposal on the following page. However this is dated May 1998 so is probably wildly out of date by now.

The timescale is that the project is due for completion in the Year 2000 and will then take up to two years to implement !!
