Dubai CTA

On the 25th of March all operators will notice a change to routes and or airspace when operating into and out of Dubai and Sharjah Airports. These changes are going to lead to noticable delays. The Airspace changes have been instigated by the UAE GCAA and NOT by Dubai ATC. Any complaints therefore need to be addressed to the GCAA and not the Dubai DCA.

Thanks for the info. Since I'll be flying to DXB just around that time (trust my luck!) what will the changes involve?

Pray please tell us so we can stock up on "mumtaz". Do you anticipate ground delays, holding or both?
By the way you guys are doing a great job, and since I'm on your forum I'd also like to say a big thanks to all the guys at BAH Center for their excellent work as well.

Did anyone get any follow-up regarding this info? Knowing that there will be changes is good, knowing what the changes will be would be even better.. !!
