CAA Chairman sacked

Did anyone else notice the article in the business section of The Guardian last Friday which said that John Prescott has sacked Sir malcolm Field as Chairman of the UK CAA.
hardly surprising really as he was a Tory placeman. He came from W H Smith having loused up that company and has done a similar job for CAA and NATS.
His contract is up for renewal in June and he has been told that it will not be renewed. A smite against privatisation?

R Slicker,

You sir, are a mean nasty person.

Fancy raising the hopes of all Ozmates with the title of your post.

I thought for a moment that smith had, at last, been dicked!!!!
