Post Extra Duties Rumour

A "senior" LATCC manager who shall remain nameless, but is in charge of the ORO, has apparently stated that the Airline Group want an increase in duties to the tune of 45 days/year.
They reckon this is the equivalent of an extra 100 ATCOs. Now where is that dry powder!!???.

If I'd just bought half the company and realised that yes of course we have enough controllers but not realised that they need to work 25% more days in order to fully man NERC then I'd be asking the same question of the current managers.

Fun times ahead! Split shift anyone?

Beats me why this "certain manager" had been believed by NATS Management! Perhaps it's because it's what they WANTED to hear ??

EVERYONE seems to know the truth about the appalling staffing problems that NATS has......and will continue to have for the forseeable future !!

Except this person.....and those that have the stupidity to believe him !!
