apparently there's a debate over on the NATS forum about the usefulness or otherwise of their union.... .. .how do things work in the non-NATS world? are there units out there who feel they get a good deal without a union, or do you wish you had some backing?. .. .or do other non-NATS units simply follow Nats lead on pay & conditions?

I would NOT even want to think about working without the backing of NATCA... We've seen what the folks think about the workers and what they try to do even with representation.
