I can understand what's gone on on that thread - all done in the......errrr........ "best possible taste" I think

I can only say that at my unit if someone did such a thing then, for everyones benefit, education and safety, they would be "spoken to" - in a verbal or, more likely, a paper-based sense, if you get my meaning.

Rules are there to be stuck to and when they are broken or "bended" then something should be done about it.

I am surprised the commercial pilot didn't complain more and am even more surprised he ignored his TCAS.
