Loki - what went wrong ?

ex-ATCOs promoted beyond their ability, acting like excited children with a new calculator and becoming bean-counters 'par excellence'. Forgetting that morale and goodwill DO matter, and that spending hours (at what cost) being anally retentive over the pennies in folks claims is counter productive in more ways than one.

Not apologising or admitting their mistakes when they get it wrong.

Promoting sickies, stooges and patsies who only agree with the management, while at the same time deliberately stitching-up honest, competent and hard-working ATCOs because they have a track record of raising problems.

I could nominate a few to burn in hell, but hopefully TAG will boot the slack bastards out - THAT would raise morale.

Whoever suggested sending the share certificates back with a nominated manager for the chop - spot on !

Or am I just bitter and twisted ?
