Hello everyone,
I have contacted this forum in June this year and get some feedback but not as much as I need.
Here is the thing, I am doing a research into recovery from equipment failures in ATC. Apart from all theory and past research I need people with real experiance on these issues and their feedback. I consider it CRUCIAL for my research.
So, if you have some time and if you are ATCO or safety manager in ATC center, please contact me on the e-mail address provided below. I will send you the questionnaire to fill out. The questionnaire is de-indentfied so just let me know in which country you are working and whether you rae ATCo or safety manager (questionnaires are slightly different).
