Dubai ATC

Is anybody aware if Dubai ATC (Serco I think) take on female ATCO's, or is there a ban on having them working in the Gulf?

Kishna...wait for the replys.....
At this stage we have 2 Finnish female controllers.
and just joined recentley..(first Afternoon U/T today i belive )... a lass from Kiwi.... (husband employed by EK)
