New European ATC licensing regulations

Does anybody have any info on new Euro atc licensing regulations regarding controllers from outside the EU or European controllers validated outside the Eu wishing to return to the Eu??

Log onto the Eurocontrol website and use the search facility to go to ESARR5.

This is the Harmonised European ATC Licence and gives details of all requirements, from training through inter-state compatibility to endorsements, medical requirements and eligibilities.
