Even after reading all the rants on this site, I still want to become a ATC. Can anyone help me with hints and tips on how to get through the recruitment process.

Look at the thread below called 'STUDENT ATC'S' and follow Goldfish Watcher's link to ATCO Recruitment, its the fourth reply down. Alternatively, set the 'show' list to about the 100 last days, and see about another 15 threads!!!!
