Post Controller training

Once again someone has asked about the selection process used by NATS (and good luck to one and all with interviews etc).

niteflite01 gives a very comrehensive summary of the current selection procedure which is rather different to that which I went through a few years ago (even if I didn't last the course!). RGAT training courses have also come in since I did the cadetship.

My question is, given the interrogation like selection process and courses that sound like they have a test a week, are NATS turning out 'better' controllers?
