Question Visit to Swanwick

Does anyone know:
a) what the Swanwick ATC centre's policy on visitors is, and
b) who to contact regarding a visit?

I've been looking around on various websites but can't seem to find contact details for the centre itself. I'm probably just being blind... Any help would be gratefully received!

Hi Cheesy,

in what context do you want to visit ??

Pilot, ATCO wannabee, or as Joe Public ??

That might help get the right answer

Wow - it's been ages since anyone called me "Cheesy"

ATCO wannabe, I guess - it's intended as a pre-interview visit to the nearest En-Route Centre. I've been to the local aerodrome unit (at Bristol Airport) but I'd like to see an en-route unit too.

Hi,

I have spoken to HR at swanwick today regarding arranging a visit as i have an interview in November. They gave me the following number to arrange a time/date for the visit: 01489572288.

Also tried to arrange a visit to the tower at Southampton, the lady i spoke to was most unhelpful so i might give Bournemouth ago instead.

Good luck with the interview
