Legal Action - AirServices vs BASI

Any ASA ATCO's aware of previous responses by ASA to legal action being presented to them regarding different views of incidents by ASA and BASI?
Or for that matter legal action in general? i.e. do they dig in deeper or back off.
Any general feedback to email or here appreciated. A genuine enquiry.
