Bnn3a
Going into LHR yesterday a London controller asked us what this BNN3A arrival was we (and others) had on our flight plan. Must say we had quite a funny exchange with the controller who later called us back to confirm his database was out of date and still showing BNN2A.
In this case the only difference is the addition of SOPIT as a point 25nm before BNN, where in the past the point was just shown as BNN25, so fortunately no real safety implications. But there could have been.
So now I am wondering how common this is. If the Jepps plates make it onto the flightdeck in time for a change (effective 2 September), surely NATS can do the same?
Regards
Gerard

A small mistake seems to have been made and the change did not take place on our FPS computer system. It has already been corrected with the appropiate actions taken.
I believe this is a very rare slip up.

Normally the other way round.
When the STARS at EDDF were changed some years ago NOBODY seemed to have them. All that was needed towards the end of a busy night shift or a long flight; it took several weeks before everyone was up to speed.
Same thing with the re-organisation of the N.Sea last year although many at Maastricht, esp. Hannover Sectors, are still struggling with it
Lon More, Here before Pontius was aPilot or Mortus a Rigger

I would agree - try doing Heathrow GMP during Farnborough week. If only I had a quid for every pilot who said "Sorry, don't have the Temp1 SID (or whatever they call it)"....

Yep, it was the same this year HD. And we still get some a/c who don't have updated aerodrome charts with some holding points (6 months old), or even some that have out of date (by two years!) taxiway restrictions!
