Exclamation safety and the proposed OJTI payment

Does anyone share my concern that this new payment may actually make things worse and be excessively devicive amongst ATCOS.
I believe at the moment that we have a very Professional attitude to getting the trainee to validation ( some would call it self interest) however decisions are made for the best reasons of safety, now introduce a bonus system and you have to think where does objectivity stop and monetary gain start.
Training is becomung more and more difficult, and by the same token the more you do the less of an "edge" you actually have for doing it yourself.

This may have been a big mistake to link the OJTI issue to this years pay
One I could just accept, the other I can`t,
Which way to vote?
