Amsterdam Jobs
I heard from a mate that Amsterdam put an advert for controllers as direct entry offering a conversion course. It appeared in one of there international papers. Can anyone confirm or deny this? In any case has anyone out there got the URL for Holland ATC.

or just type in key words Amsterdam/Schipol Airport, and the airports main web page is there.
There is a vacancies section, with some current operational and technical posts current, unfortunately it's in Dutch and I cannot understand a word of it.
If anyone can translate, or knows a good point of contact for Amsterdam, I'd be interested.

No mention of nationality requirement made, however Dutch educational standards are specifically nentioned as is the fact that part of the interview will be in Dutch.
Haven't heard or seen anything about direct entry though. They did do this in the past, with mixed results. Unfortunately I'm on leave for a couple of weeks so can't check further. Try contacting therm direct.
