obviously our training ballot of july did not wake management up.Will Latcc have the balls to stop Nerc conversion training?, does our own union actually take its membership seriously, because i think/hope that they have misjudged the mood of the majority.

I got the impression the union are going to push for acceptance sayingits worth nearly 15% over the next 21 months. Of course some might be of the impression the upper reaches of the union are there for their own betterment and not that of the members!!!

If the vote ends up a YES, the only people to blame are your fellow members for approving the offer.

Wake up and smell the coffee chaps ...... if you want a NO, then brow beat your colleagues.
