Coventry Tower/Approach/Radar/Anything else... Saturday lunchtime...

Hi there,

Just a quick note of thanks to the guys in the tower at Coventry for a very helpful and professional service this lunchtime.

I was making my first solo nav-ex (which went great) and the guys in the tower couldn't have been more helpful. Both tower and approach were being managed on 119.25Mhz and the airspace in and around Coventry was rather busy. Coupled with the odd 737 every now and then, it all sounded like organised chaos.

So once again - many thanks from a grateful rookie...

Coventry Approach was certainly busy today - I liked the ATCO's laid back attitude - very calm and accepting of all-comers, no matter how laboured. Coventry Radar was good too.
