Non Standard R/T, dating back about 30 or more years in most places, used when the planning and radar controller both used the frequency it indicated that the radar was being used to provide separation.
It was non standard then and non standard now, it should be something like, "c/s, this is XXX radar, turn to heading nnn, climb FL yyy."
Drifting thread PLEASE NEVER USE "Descend to, or Climb to, FLyyy." It can lead to great confusion e.g. Descend 260 or descend to 60. Believe me it happens.
