Descent profiles into New York area airfields

If there are any NY controllers here I would be grateful if you could let me know what the required altitudes are for arrivals into EWR,PHL,IAD. Our flight planning system just adds a guesstimate and we would like something a bit more accurate.
The numbers I need are altitudes by ALB etc...

If you post your question on the NATCAnet Public BBS you will recieve a prompt reply from one or more of the controllers that work that airspace.
