Talking Motivation and Interest Test

Just a quick question for you guys in the know....

I have my inital selection tests next week and was wondering what detail the motivation and interest paper goes into. Are you tested on the aircraft that use Nats including all the details on each aircraft?

Thanks in advance

Hi Adam,

The tests don't go into that much detail, you are expected to know what types of aircraft can fly from say London to New York, i.e can a 737?

And all the general stuff about how many airports NATS provides an aerodrome service for, how many holds for heathrow etc etc.

It's all contained in the information you are sent, so if you know the stuff you'll have no problem.

Best of luck
