Nats Airport Recruitment - How?
NATS (aerodromes) recruitment say they are not recruiting qualified ATCOs, but there is still a trickle getting in. Where is the back door? does one need to join the freemasons? Is there a code word to put on the CV? Is it a case of 'who you know'?

I can only suggest you try writing direct to the units themselves.

yep, tried that. they directed me to personnel (airports)
