New holding bay at EGLC

As a committed anorak, I was watching and listening to the use of the new holding bay for runway 28 at EGLC yesterday. I did rather like the "Can you do a very expeditious backtrack - arriving aircraft at four miles". Is the new holding point making a lot of difference to the controllers work yet?

Could you tell me if it is just for runway 28 (as per the LCACC website), or will you use it to hold an arrival on runway 10 to improve traffic flow as well?

many thanks
