The rules governing Mil ATCOs are fairly vague stating that "as a guide no more than 2.5 pints of normal strength larger or its equivalent are to be consumed in the 24hrs proceeding taking over a control position and no alcohol within the immediately preceding 10 hours" does anyone know if these rules will penetrate the murky depths on the new Joint Service regulations?
