checking passenger loads for space available travel

I am trying to find out how to check passenger loads on Virgin Atlantic flights.

I fly for an Airline in the US and over here it is relatively easy to check loads prior to travel. It usually requires a phone call, logging into sabre or sometimes loggging into a company web site.

The reason for my question is that the carrier I fly for over here has a corporate travel agreement with Virgin but, does not have access to seat availabilty.
