Going longhaul

I've got the possibility to go long haul in the near future, from my current 4 sector earlies/lates job at the moment.

What do people who have made this move, have to say about long haul flying? How does it compare; was it worth the change; do you have more or less time off; are you permanently knackered ...etc? Any answers appreciated
