We must assume that you mean that when people at LACC reach the top of the ATCO 2 scale they will become ATCO 1's. The ATCO 1 scale is a fixed point!

LACC will become an ATCO1 unit as befits Europe's biggest Centre. The ATCO1 [LACC] scale will be an incremental ladder with salary bars which can be jumped by "qualification springboarding"...a term you will become familiar with soon. It's a bit like the old pre-PPR/post-PPR. There is a possibilty that without a structured advancement plan NATS may lose its IiP accreditation because there are few, if any, opportunities for operational staff in the foreseeable future.

Yes, and for the same reasons. Hurry down here we're getting lonely....lots of vacant chairs, and retirements still beating new validations.

I would be there tomorrow given the chance. Better part of the country, cheaper housing, 10x better working environment, No M25!!!!! close to the sea.......etc etc:D :D :)
