This might be in the wrong forum but here goes anyway!
It started with the French ATC strike and a four hour slot delay. The crew can't operate at the slot time because of crew hours, so a new crew is acquired from somewhere. They arrive in time for the slot, boarding commences. The passengers arrive at the aircraft in the coach, at which point the plane is declared tech with a hydraulic leak. The flight is changed onto a different a/c, but sadly the pilot, in his efforts to help the engineer, ends up with hydraulic fluid in his eyes and therefore can't operate the flight. Another slot delay while another pilot is found, and the flight departs with five hours plus late. Groan. Did anyone else have any similar problems today????:*
