How many of you are aware that you may be entitled to Working Tax Credits?
Well I wasn't till 2 days ago when I stumbled on this section of the Inland Revenue site http://www.taxcredits.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/.
On a salary of about 10,500UKP you would be entitled to a tax credit of circa 250UKP. On-line form is fairly straightforward and I believe the money is paid directly into your bank account monthly or weekly.
You must claim in order to receive, it is not automatic!!
Should be enough for the odd beer, or an FIC renewal, or that service/MOT/Road tax/Insurance your car has needed for the last 2 years!!!
