Charter Captain leaves without F/O (CAI-MXP)

Yesterday's on-line issue of the Italian newspaper 'la Repubblica' reported that the Captain of a Milan-bound flight, about to depart from Cairo had an argument with the F/O. This exchange of views lasted for about half an hour in front of about 130 pax, after which, the Captain 'offloaded' the F/O and proceeded with the flight, solo!

I find this very hard to believe, but if you have more details e.g. company, aircraft type , etc. please share them with us :-)
